Original Artwork.
(Updated/New version from an old college assignment.)

Long ago I updated this site with one of my drawings from college of a cheetah decaying. [link]

The assignment was to draw something with motion, or showing motion.
I thought long and hard and I came up with that decay is a motion. A slow motion but motion nonetheless.

That was assigned over 5 years ago and I was inspired to update with a new and improved version of this concept.
There have been many things that have changed.
My anatomy is better, the shading is better.

First drawing of 2009!

You are right your anatomy and skeletal has improved greatly. I like the background on the old one though it has a more african plains feel to it. This one almost reminds me more like native american.

I was going for the ancient shaman cave paintings but Native American is nice too!
I like the background alot on the old one as well but I wanted this new version to be one of those to be left to interpretation.
I'm thinking I may go back into this new one and darken parts of the background and add more but we'll see!
