Commission Information

Fri May 22, 2009, 9:19 AM
:bulletred: Commission Pricing and Other Information :bulletred:

Please do not commission me unless you intend to go through with it.

+ Materials/Pricing +
18x24 Drawing paper
19x24 Bristol Board (For Mixed Media only.)
The materials I can use are:
- Mixed Media: $70 - 100
- Ballpoint Pen: $70 - 100
- Color Pencil: $40 - 80
- Graphite Pencil: $30 - 40

+For World of Warcraft Characters+
I need at least 3 screenshots to start with. One from the front, and one from either side. This allows me to see all sides of the armor/weapon (unless weapon is equiped on the back, then I need a screen of that as well).
NOTE: You must already own the armor you want to be drawn in!! I don't want someone who is a lvl 20 to come up to me and draw them in so and so lvl 70 armor. No, you have already had to earn that armor. Sorry but I just feel that is more fair.
For poses, unless you have something specific, I can draw up sketches and see which one you like the most.
As a personal thing, I like to add the characters name into the drawing. For instance, either as a banner or as runes. If you do not want your name on the drawing, I need to know.
For more information, please Note me.

+ Will/Won't Do +
I can draw almost anything you'd like, even tattoo designs. The only things I refuse to draw are pornography, and mechanical things (a little bit is okay but not like a complete robot).
Also, I can do humans but I prefer animals/mythical creatures.

+ Important! +
I can accept Paypal, money orders or checks.
I also ask for half of the money up front and I need at least 2 weeks to finish the drawing. Once the drawing is completed I will let you know so I can get my other half of the payment. Once I do I will send the drawing out.
I do retain rights to the image and I will post it on my gallery.

+ Extra +
I am usually always negotiable with my pricing.
If you'd want WIP images, I can do that, I just need to know.
If you want just a large sketch of whatever, that is possible! Just let me know!
S&H is included in the prices above.

If you are interested, feel free to Note Me here on DA with your idea! You can e-mail me at blackredlion@hotmail.com but because I tend to loose e-mails, it's at your own risk.
Any questions or anything, such as sending an idea just to see how much it would cost, feel free to contact me! I won't bite, promise!

Hi there...

Thanks for taking the time to read the interview I've done with Disneyliciouse.com and for making a comment about it on my front page. I love to hear and more and more people feel the same way as I do on that matter of 3D vs 2D. I mean, 3D has it's "wow" effect, that I think have been maximised to it's full potential by now anyway, but 2D has the heart! They can co-exist though, and I think the use of 3D in 2D film can create pure magic!

Now I can see things for what they really are
I guess I'm not that far
I'm at the point of no return

I agree completely.
I always felt that 2D was more real, more alive to me. It gives more justice to the characters, more emotion.
3D is beautiful in its own way but it doesn't have that same type of magic.
I am very excited for Disney's new movie. I hope they really grounded themselves and found what makes the magic of their movies by doing 2D again.
